Objective:
Commemorate Wayfair’s 20-year journey with a brand campaign that honored the past while inspiring the future. The goal was to craft a unifying visual and narrative identity that could be woven across every touchpoint—from customer-facing channels to internal culture. The result was a four-month celebration that turned a moment in time into a movement of appreciation, reflection, and renewed purpose.
