More than a spokesperson – she’s your friendly neighbor next door. Kelly Clarkson brought her signature charm and relatability to the “Wayborhood,” helping audiences feel right at home with Wayfair’s unmatched selection, seamless experience, and personal touch across every space.

Objective:
Elevate Wayfair’s omnichannel presence by leveraging Kelly Clarkson’s longstanding ambassador role to reinforce the brand’s accessibility, warmth, and breadth of offering. The goal was to craft a campaign that felt authentic and inviting – positioning Kelly as a trusted guide and reinforcing Wayfair’s role as the go-to for every home. The campaign spanned email, site, social, display, and broadcast, creating a connected experience across every touchpoint.
